At SUSTINERA, our mission is to contribute to a better world by helping companies and organizations transform their sustainability challenges into tangible impact and translate this into tailor-made communications that meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
We help them with tailor-made advice, reporting and communication.
What are you going to do?
Your main task is to work with the client through a defined sustainability process to arrive at a CSRD-compliant report.
You will work according to the Sustinera methodology:
Organizing workshops at the customer's premises;
Looking for the material sustainability topics;
Determining the impact, risks and opportunities per topic;
Survey internal and external stakeholders;
Working with the client on the policy, actions and objectives of the chosen topics;
Filling in the data points according to the ESRS;
Unsubscribe from the CSRD report.
For this you need:
A great interest in sustainability. Of course you will continuously educate yourself, but terms such as SDG, ESRS, ESG, CSR ... are already familiar to you today. You follow the evolution closely.
Some initial experience in sustainability consulting: worked as a sustainability manager at a company or as a consultant.
A good basic knowledge to provide advice on sustainability topics in the areas of climate, social and policy.
You are someone who:
Writes with pleasure and well (preferably in English) and gives presentations fluently.
Enjoy working with people, you are a good listener and can convert input into a strong vision.
Can manage a customer team and inspire people.
What else?
Your field of study was in the areas of interest of sustainability, environment and prevention, economics, humanities, ecology, philosophy, law, engineering...
You are a driven person who can work independently but is also able to work with a team.
You enjoy networking to promote Sustinera and expand your own network.
You regularly work with your customers (all over Belgium).
First of all, you are very keen to make this planet a better world and you understand that companies and organisations have an important responsibility here. With your fresh perspective and knowledge, you can help make a difference.
